Return & Refund Policy – CureCare Mobility

At CureCare Mobility, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, used mobility and personal care products cannot be returned. This includes:

  • Wheelchairs (after use)
  • Commode Chairs
  • Walkers
  • Crutches
  • Patient Care Products

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
